Niboshi soy seasoned rich pork broth with diced belly, bamboo shoots, and green onion. Served with a side of chilled thick noodles, pork belly, toasted seaweed, and an egg (unlike the other ramen, the noodles are meant to be dipped into the broth per bite not mixed; be advised this dish is very fishy due to the niboshi/sardine soy and not for everyone but it is very authentic to the Kanto region).
